WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our 100 strong team of highly motivated teachers deliver lessons that incorporate innovative teaching methods enabling learners to have fun whilst making progress. CMST teachers will choose teaching repertoire that helps your child get the most from their lessons. Regular training ensures that staff remain at the forefront of music education.  We take a caring approach and strive to inspire and encourage each individual to realise their potential.

Some pupils of Cornwall Music Service Trust (CMST) go on to study at the UK’s prestigious conservatoires, followed by a professional career.  Others develop a life-long love of music, which they enjoy in a rich and diverse variety of situations.  All pupils take with them a heightened appreciation of music and the many skills playing a musical instrument or singing brings.
